The kerenah Birokrasi that i really2 couldnt tolerate..
1. Lembap
2. Byk potpet2 time keje..Especially masa tu ader customer and im 1 of them..
3. Excuses2!..what is wrong will remain that way unless u fix it.not mbebel jd ur ugly excuses
4. Org mtk lain,lain dye bg and mbebel2 bout the wrong things..for 5mins!
...one advice for u maikcik----> pencen and go jage ur cucu...
